LAX “Bric Collection” is made with German Bayer Makrolon® Polycarbonate Hard Shell material, it is a triple-layered hard shell technology built for extra (or 3x extra) durability. It is lightweight yet durable and anti-scratch to let you pack and protect even more.

Other than it being super stylish, with the wide handle positioned in the centre, it would ensure a stable core balance and an even distribution of weight. This would make your luggage super easy and effortless to move around! 

Apart from that, a typical luggage only has 80% of packing space because of the placement of the handle. With LAX, you get 98% of your packing space with the handle out of the way.

To ensure your LAX luggage remains in fine condition, please note the following recommendations: 

1. Keep your luggage clean by wiping off dust and dirt with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge and clean water.
2. For stubborn or sticky residue, use a mild alcohol like Isopropyl to safely remove it.
3. Embrace the unique marks on your luggage, such as deep dents or scratches, as they represent the celebration of your memorable journeys and experiences. These marks become an integral part of your luggage's story and cannot be removed.
4. All LAX comes with a luggage cover protector, we suggest to always put it on during flight checkin to avoid deep scratches, and while in storage to protect against dust or dirt.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase. For ready stocks, orders will be processed in the next working day where you will receive your tracking code via email.

As for pre-order orders, you will receive your tracking number once we start shipping orders at the provided shipping date.

Shipping is FREE for orders from West Malaysia. For orders from East Malaysia, there is a flat rate of RM60.

In general, it takes about 10 to 15 working days for us to process - which inclusive of getting your package at the fulfilment centre, inspection, inbounding to inventory before you finally receive your exchange or refund.
The refund amount will be the exact paid amount for the order made by you.
